Corporate Retreats, Incentive Travel, and Event Planning
Junapr is a Burlington, Vermont event team that plans corporate retreats, conferences, President's Club and incentive trips, donor and fundraising events, and PR-led events. We work with professional services, development, technology, healthcare, food, and nonprofit organizations. Most events host about 200 guests, the largest hosted 3,000, and 82 percent of clients come back.
Who we plan events for
We plan events for organizations across many industries, including law firms and professional services, development and economic development groups, technology companies, medical and healthcare organizations, food and agriculture brands, and nonprofits and associations.
When is a PR-led event right for you?
Choose a planner with a PR team when media coverage or visibility is part of the goal, such as a launch, festival, activation, or fundraiser. For retreats, incentive trips, and internal conferences, focus on logistics, budget control, and the attendee experience. Many clients need both, and we plan them together. Types of Corporate Events We Plan
President’s Club Retreats
President Club retreats represent a strategic investment in leadership, networking, and employee motivation. Junapr’s clients are recognizing the opportunity of these retreats to shape a dynamic and forward-thinking corporate culture.
Unlike standard conferences, President's Club retreats take place in premier destinations tailored for executive recognition. With Junapr’s planning assistance, business sessions get interspersed with recreational activities, creating an environment where company leaders can unwind, recharge, and build camaraderie. Not only are they incredible experiences, they’re also becoming required in order to attract and retain a talented team.
Full Company Retreats
With remote teams and hectic schedules becoming the norm, full company retreats represent an essential opportunity to bring your people together to learn, focus, grow, and succeed. Could you plan one yourself? Of course. But you’ve also got better things to do, and we all appreciate the value of hiring an expert to help with the important things in life. Junapr’s team of corporate event and retreat professionals have the experience, expertise, and connections to bring everything together for you, wherever you want to go.
Corporate Incentive Travel
Progressive companies view incentive travel programs as investments in the overall wellness of their workforce to boost job satisfaction and morale. With Junapr’s help, our clients are designing these programs with a clear connection to key performance indicators and organizational objectives. This alignment ensures that the incentives offered contribute directly to the success of the company, making incentive trips not just a perk but a strategic tool for achieving business goals.
Conference Planning and Networking Events
From non-profits looking to boost a fundraising event to corporations looking to gain a meaningful edge with a thought-leadership event, networking event, or conference, Junapr provides the experience, resources, and strategic insights needed to make everything a success. Junapr manages complete end-to-end event execution, enabling organizational leaders to focus on relationship building, brand reputation, and strategic outcomes.
Events close to home and far afield
Close to home. We know Vermont and New England venues, lodging, and vendors, and we plan events here with local relationships that save time and reduce risk.
Much further afield. We plan events and incentive trips beyond New England, including all 50-states, Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda, and Costa Rica. We use AllFly to manage group flights within budget and Event Mobi to keep attendees informed, so travelers stay on track wherever the program takes place.
PR-Led Events That Earn Media Coverage
Some events are meant to be seen. Product launches, festival announcements, brand activations, hosted press trips, and fundraising events work best with a PR plan built in from the start. Junapr integrates strategic PR planning into experiential events to maximize earned media and brand visibility. Learn more
Corporate Event Planning FAQ
-
Site selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, vendor management, speaker management, program and site design, online and onsite staffing, custom gifting, group travel coordination, and post-event reporting.
-
Six to twelve months is ideal for a corporate retreat, and international programs often need more. That lead time gives you the best choice of venues, better rates, and room to build the program. We have also planned events in as little as five weeks. A shorter timeline narrows venue options and leaves less room to negotiate, so decisions need to move quickly.
-
Cost depends on group size, destination, program length, and travel season.
-
Internal teams can run a great event, but planning often competes with their day jobs. We bring vendor relationships, contract experience, and a tested process. We also bring AllFly for group flight management and Event Mobi for the event app, so your team stays focused on the business and on the guests.
-
We build a line-item budget before contracts are signed and review it with you every week, on every event. You can see our budget tracking throughout the project, so changes surface early and are discussed before they become costs.
One of our incentive trips in 2026 finished 12.13% under budget.
-
We have seen it all, and we plan for it. Our team thinks quickly on its feet and builds contingency plans for weather, transportation, vendor changes, and speaker travel before the event begins.
Problems we have solved on site:
Severe weather at a gala. Storms threatened an outdoor evening. We moved the gala indoors, and the program went on as planned.
A delayed speaker. Flight delays and cancellations kept a keynote speaker from arriving on time. We moved that speaker to the following day and had the next day's speaker go in their place. The program stayed full, and attendees saw both sessions.
