Nicole Junas (Ravlin)
CEO
Nicole is the founder and CEO of Junapr, bringing more than 20 years of communications and marketing leadership to her clients. She is an expert in brand visibility, crisis navigation, and integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Nicole has guided nationally and internationally recognized brands including Le Gruyère AOP, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Bonne Maman, The Republic of Tea, Foods and Wines from Spain, Runamok, Luminis, and the University of Vermont. Since founding Junapr in 2019, she has built the agency into a nationally recognized firm, serving a diverse client roster through expertise in media relations, strategic communications, and event management.
Under her leadership, Junapr has been named Best PR Firm in Vermont by Vermont Business Magazine (2021–2023) and recognized as an Agency Elite Top 100 firm by PR News for four consecutive years (2022–2025). Nicole herself has been named one of the Top Women in PR by PR News (2021, 2023) and was recently included in VermontBiz’s inaugural list of 91 Business Influencers, recognizing leaders making a statewide impact.
Based in Shelburne, Vermont, Nicole balances her work with time spent with her husband, Chris, her sons, Ethan and Colin, and their two dogs, Boggs and Lemon.
Antonia Hinge
PRESIDENT
Antonia is a seasoned event strategist with more than 20 years of experience producing conferences, trade shows, and corporate gatherings ranging from intimate meetings to 10,000-person events. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution, she ensures every event leaves a lasting impact.
Before joining Junapr, Antonia founded and led Standing O, a corporate event planning firm where she built lasting client relationships for over a decade. Her career began in the hospitality industry as an event planner and catering director, later serving as director of events for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
Antonia lives in Shelburne, Vermont, with her husband, two children, and their pets — including a chatty cat and Piglet the dog.

Izabela “Iza” Carr
DIRECTOR
Iza is a publicist with more than 15 years of experience in consumer, CPG, and lifestyle brands. She specializes in positioning clients as thought leaders and securing top-tier media coverage, with placements in outlets such as The New York Times, Food & Wine, and NBC’s TODAY Show. Before joining Junapr, she served as Public Relations Account Director at Super Connector Media, worked with leading NYC PR firms, and consulted independently. Known for her persistence, creativity, and media expertise, Iza consistently delivers visibility that drives impact. She is a graduate of St. Michael’s College with a degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and lives in Stratford, CT with her husband, Jon, and their cat and dog - Rooney and Bruno.

Mark Mast
DIRECTOR
Mark is Junapr’s Director of Business Development, bringing more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business operations, and leadership. He has held senior roles across hospitality, private business, and the financial sector, guiding brand growth, partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement. His career highlights include developing partnerships with the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and Vermont Lake Monsters. A graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing, Mark lives in Shelburne, Vermont, with his wife, Debbie. They have two children, and he enjoys hiking, golfing, hunting, and time on the lake.

Jessie Forand
SENIOR MANAGER
Jessie brings 15 years of experience as a professional writer, having worked as a newspaper reporter, editor, and nonprofit communications manager. She is passionate about storytelling and thrives on helping clients share their news with audiences near and far.
With a background in journalism and anthropology/sociology from St. Michael’s College and Johnson State, Jessie has written for numerous Vermont publications. At Junapr, she combines her expertise in writing and design to craft communications that elevate client missions and strengthen visibility.
A native Vermonter, Jessie lives in Essex Junction with her partner, Tyson, and their two energetic rabbits, Teddie and Cleo.

Ashley Brunelle
SENIOR EVENT MANAGER
Ashley brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and event planning, with a passion for creating seamless, memorable guest experiences. With a background in restaurants and catering, she pairs a warm, welcoming approach with deep knowledge of how food and beverage can bring events to life. A meticulous planner and skilled problem-solver, Ashley is known for her calm, professional presence and ability to navigate any challenge. She thrives in collaborative settings and is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors alike.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where she studied business and government, Ashley moved to Vermont from upstate New York “for the summer” more than a decade ago — and never left. She now calls Vermont home, where she enjoys hiking, road trips, and discovering new breweries and restaurants.

Neon Diamante
DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
Neon is Junapr’s Digital and Social Media Strategist, bringing more than 15 years of experience in marketing with a focus on brand management, content development, and social media strategy. She has worked across industries including food and beverage, consumer goods, nonprofit organizations, and hospitality, helping businesses and startups launch integrated campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Communication, Neon has a passion for content creation and brand storytelling. Her expertise lies in identifying the right mix of marketing tactics to connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Josie Gingold
MANAGER
Josie is a Communications Manager at Junapr, where she oversees client relations, social media strategy, and content development. She began her career at Junapr as a summer intern and quickly advanced into management, reflecting her strong skills in communications and client service.
Prior to joining Junapr, Josie interned with PR agency kglobal, supporting clients in the travel and consumer lifestyle industries. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where she studied Public Communications and Sports Management.
A Vermont native, Josie recently relocated from Chicago to Boston.

Becca Millman
AFFILIATE & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER
Becca is Junapr’s Affiliate and Brand Partnerships Manager, bringing extensive experience in digital marketing, site merchandising, and editorial strategy. She began her career at Macy’s, managing the Men’s affiliate program, and later led Walmart’s beauty editorial strategy while developing key vendor partnerships. Becca is known for combining data-driven insights with creative storytelling to build meaningful digital experiences and high-performing partnerships.
Originally from New York, Becca graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management with a degree in Marketing and Retail Management, concentrating in Digital Retail Strategies. She now lives in Stowe, Vermont, with her partner, Robbie, and their maltipoo, Ollie. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, dancing, and keeping up with the latest beauty trends.

Quinn Mlynarick
SPECIALIST
Quinn is a Communications Specialist at Junapr, bringing a foundation in public relations, marketing, and media production. A recent graduate of Champlain College, he has gained experience across industries including fitness, television, and e-commerce, where he supported digital strategies, social media growth, and audience engagement.
Quinn is passionate about helping clients strengthen their visibility through creative storytelling and data-driven insights. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, live music, and fishing.

Ella Farrell
COORDINATOR
Ella is a Communications Coordinator at Junapr, bringing a background in community development, social media strategy, and multimedia storytelling. She started her journey at Junapr as a summer intern, and previously gained experience in social media and events at Vermont International Film Festival, Guppi Sustainable Surf Co., and UVM’s department of Community Development and Applied Economics.
A recent graduate of the University of Vermont, Ella earned her B.S. in Public Communication and minored in Film & Media studies. Outside of work, Ella loves to travel and has been to 17 countries (and counting!) goes here

Sara Larson
COORDINATOR
Sara Larsen is a Communications Coordinator at Junapr, with a background in design, communications, and event promotion. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Applied Design from the University of Vermont, where she served as a Communications Intern or the School of the Arts– managing outreach across five departments and two affiliate programs.
Originally from Massachusetts, Sara now calls Burlington home, where she lives with her cat, Sashimi. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, discovering live music, and running a small business selling vintage clothing and her own art around Burlington.

Riley Schroeder
COORDINATOR
Riley is a Communications Coordinator at Junapr, bringing a background in journalism, multimedia marketing, and trendspotting. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago, where she also studied abroad in Prague and developed skills in public relations and digital storytelling.
After graduating in December 2023, Riley interned at a Denver-based digital magazine, where she discovered a passion for highlighting local food and restaurant culture. Originally from the Chicago area, she is now based in Vermont and enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring local coffee shops.
